BRIEF : Following a major internal culture change programme the client wanted a teambuilding event, to involve all 600 employees that would encapsulate their new company culture and roll out the ethos to the whole company workforce.
SOLUTION : Team Spirit designed a bespoke teambuilding event where 48 teams competed to head in 4 different challenges.
Each challenge focused on a different area of the business, for example Production and Marketing, as well as being linked to one of the key company cultures.
A bespoke scoring system was devised that rewarded teams with ‘culture credits’ not only for performance but also for how the team approached each task.
