BRIEF : Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, wanted to create an authentic Brighton Seaside Experience, indoors at The Brighton Hilton Metropole, for the first night of their four day sales conference.
SOLUTION : Nearly 1km of coloured draping started the complete transformation of the conference space into an Indoor Fun Fair Experience.
Replica railings and Victorian style light fittings were built to create an authentic promenade area complete with sounds of the sea, gulls, benches and a larger than life full colour Brighton Pier with sea view backdrop.
Fine detail was important and the railings and light fittings were colour matched to the originals on the seafront.
Additional themed props included a complete beach scene with colourful replica beach huts and deckchair chillout area.
Interaction was provided in the form of a full size dodgems track, 9 hole crazy golf, an interactive electronic arcade and games area, quickdraw and traditional style fun fair stalls.
Entertainment included bingo, caricaturists, silhouette artist, ‘bunco booth style’ close up magician and disco.
